What is the point? Originally shared by Andreas Geisler Mewe is complete shit with regards to discoverability. They have "public" posts - but all it means is that you can see what a person has posted publicly, if you navigate to their profile! There's no public stream containing those public posts. Whatsoever. It's like social media, without the social. Or like having a party and isolating all the guests into seperate booths.

Remember circle sharing? That was the thing that absolutely made my G+ experience. To have one's stream kick-started by a great big ball of exciting and interesting contacts. Is that possible in any of the alternatives?
