Is there a way to map the G+ URL found in Google Takeout files for group owners to the actual Google identity?

Is there a way to map the G+ URL found in Google Takeout files for group owners to the actual Google identity? It would be interesting to set up an ,(O-AUTH) aggregation service for takeout files that different alternative sites could use to allow group members to rejoin groups they were members of on G+. Is there any technical means to do this mapping?

Looking at blockchain based alternatives, I personally think these currently are the most promising options. Personally I'dd go for steemit or busy due to the platforms using a specificaly content geared blockchain that has features planned that should make making the platform more G+ like easy to implement,, but there might be other considerations. What blockchain based alternative would you prefer to migrate to? 10 months seems a bit short to make this happen, but maybe if we all us Google Takeout to save comunities and circles and migrate to steemit, reviving the social networks with that data could be done even after G+ goes belly up. Steemit is self at the moment is a bit bare bones, but alt sites on the same blockchain and the development on of Smart Media Tokens (SMT) could I think make it possible for a Takeout initialized G+ clone to see the light of day on the STEEM blockchain. Would take a lot of dedication from a few devs, but I think it should be doable after the rollout of the blockchain hard fork that will bring us SMT. https://steemit.com/googleplus/@mattockfs/google-plus-going-belly-up-soon-could-steem-smt-provide-for-a-life-raft-for-g-users-and-a-boost-to-steem https://steemit.com/googleplus/@mattockfs/google-plus-going-belly-up-soon-could-steem-smt-provide-for-a-life-raft-for-g-users-and-a-boost-to-steem
