Originally shared by haldattey This is what Google means by saying only Shutting down "Consumer side" of G+ Google has this web product called G Suite it's a paid subscription which offers custom domain to Gmail, Cloud storage beyond 15 GB, Ad free experience in Google products and they can use G+ privately most of the users are like online tutors and their students and their user data remains private. Google+ would be available for them for communication purposes, since its part of the subscription of 3 million people. However G Suite users are not "business accounts who promote products" like many people got confused about. (Including me). They use it for privacy. Tldr; After 10 months, you can't use G+ if you don't pay for it. Reshare so people who are still confused about how G+ is getting shut down will understand.
