G+for business users? Didn't I read in one of the press analysis that much of G+ would be left if a person were signed up as a business user?

A thought and question G+ was a cost free 'app'. Google made nothing from advertising. Could a new app , G+ like with subcommunities, be developed if we were to move away from the free model?

Is a mass migration, as a data vault so to speak, to create a massive email list off a subscription page? We could embed lines for communities already needed and new ones wanted. If we got someone other than this non techie couldn't we even use Drive as a host? Or even a private spot on an available server? I realise this is a Past is the Future Idea but when someone does create a 'new' G+ we'd have a ready notification mechanism and so idea of the group's wants. Thoughts? Someone please forward to the appropriate John Lewis! (Too many to pick from since I paid no attention his avatar.)
