Is there's a recent list of multi-platform sites (i.e., with desktop access, not just apps)? As the end of G+ is sooner than expected, and trying to find desktop friendly sites is a mess to find to try out. I simply can't use app sites (smartphone screens are too small to read type comfortably; and they're not friendly but for Twitter communication/microblogging).
