How to make the JSON takeouts into something readable by humans ? I'm looking for tools to preview the content of my Google takeouts (json) locally, since I haven't done a full export using the supposedly more reliable F+M exporter. If such tools don't exist, should I just create an HTML takout ? I don't know what to do with these json exports that doesn't involve uploading somewhere else

Will there be a place to reach all the people in this community once G+ goes down ?

Hello, regarding album archive : (I did use community search and my browser's find in page before posting this, but had trouble finding the information) I know the "photos from posts" album, along with "profil photos" and "scrapbook" will be deleted, but on top of that I have an additional 100 or so automagically created albums, all following a DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD naming scheme, that contain usually 1 photo/image, mostly from my G+ posts, sometimes from my Google Photos uploads, which I find very weird. There's no option to download all the album archive at once, and it's unclear whether they will be included in a Google Photos takeout (unnecessarily big AND I have to manually select the albums with no indication of their origin) Quoting the faq : "Photos and videos from Google+ in your Album Archive and your Google+ pages will also be deleted. You can download and save your content, just make sure to do so before April."

Goggle++ , aka the new G+, is old news and a recent post introducing it has been reshared 1234 times already since Feb 1st. but I did not find any mention of it within this community... What are your thoughts about it ? https://plus.google.com/+MsBonnie/posts/7xcNRkn4ua4

What is the best way or place to troubleshoot F+M Exporter issues ? I'm trying the free version before I dump money but it gets stuck at login with some errors (screenshots) There doesn't seem to be a community for it on G+, which is kinda weird x)

G+ won't load and display media (video) of my old posts, in particular this 2016 post : https://plus.google.com/+YounesLayachi/posts/GEMDCsfMLMa Is it a result of G+ shutting down ? Do you guys have similar issues ? I can download it from the post and it plays fine, but only the thumbnail/preview is shown on G+

Hello , I have a few questions regarding necessary storage space for G+ archive : How big do you think a full G+ archive will be, assuming I have between 5 000 and 10 000 posts, comprised mostly of text, links, and pictures averaging 1 MB in size ? Will Google Takeout exceed 150 GB ? (My current free hard drive space), if so, how about F+M exporter ? I was initially put off after seeing the oversized takeout downloads of other people, waited for F+M to mature a bit, but now that the exporter is being targeted with captcha, I might end up going the Google route... TIA, and good luck saving your plus years !

Google will shut down G+ next April , ie 4 months earlier. More like another excuse if you ask me. I don't believe it.

Hi, I'm looking for a tool (similar to the wayback machine) that can capture public posts with their entire comment thread, not just the 4 last comments. Not Google's takeout, this needs to be accessible by everyone (just like the wayback) Alternatively, do you know how to make all comments show up by default ?
