The Covid Connection: Colleges Reopening, Universities Closing

 

With the COVID-19 pandemic and a number of colleges opening that had to quickly switch back to remote learning, are there any others that have been successful in keep the schools open, and safeguarding against the spread of the virus?

We shall see.

If there are any such successes, they will likely be in a state where infection rates are currently low and testing results are rapidly processed for contact tracing. (New York, for instance)

Since there are a multitude of approaches to this problem instead of one Federal standard, there are many ways colleges could succeed or fail with their attempts to open. The latest CDC advice is here:[1] CDC advice seems to be subject to political pressure from #Trump, so it may change as the wind blows for Him politically.
