After the Shutdown -- continuing discussion and Data Import support
For people looking for ongoing Google+ Exodus support and discussion, and/or assistance with data import to new sites and/or platforms:
The #PlexodusReddit has a large archive of articles and posts related to the Google+ Exodus. Discussion's been light to date, though I strongly encourage stopping by.

There is a Friends+Me Google+ Exporter subreddit. Use has been light, but this should be useful for people looking to make use of F+Me Google+ Exporter archives on new sites and platforms.

And there's the #PlexodusWiki for technical and contacts information:

Ongoing Tasks
There are some continuing projects that will extend beyond the shutdown, including:
Updating user and Community directories. We have lists of around 1,000 highly-active G+ users, and ... well, every damned one of the 8.1 million G+ communities, though realistically, fewer than 100k are likely to be substantive. Collecting, organising, and verifying forwarding information is tedious work.
Finalising the G+MM Community Archive. Jeff Diver has an immensely useful archive of G+MM content. If you want to track down conversations from this Community, you can find them there:
https://gplusmigration.blogspot.com/
Importing and processing archived content. If you're looking to republish all or some of your G+ content, tools and tricks for working with extracts are going to be necessary. The subreddits and Wiki will be places to look for or ask for help.
Sorting out new platform options. If you haven't landed on an ideal platform, or are finding your choice isn't as shinay as you'd initially thought, we'll be continuing to explore and suggest options for future deployment, again, at the subreddits and Wiki. Though I've got some pretty good ideas of my own plans, there are lots of details to work out as well.
Post mortem. For all the armchair / Monday Morning quarterbacks and generals, looking at what went right and wrong with both Google+, social networking general, and the migration process is something we can start doing after the mad rush has eased.
Lots of general content clarifying. We'd kicked off several resources without much idea of what we'd need, or time to get that sorted. I'd like to tidy up bits of that in the aftermath. Why? Because I don't think G+ is going to be the last, or largest, social media platform to fall (or see a mass exodus). I think we've broken significant ground here, with successes and failures.
