After Google+ or sooner (still reading up on this) I have the option of allowing up to 100 folks to post to the archival blog I have set up [ https://gplusmigration.blogspot.com/ ] if they provide their email address so that I can invite them. A contact form for this purpose and others is under the "hamburger" icon on the archival site.
I have never done this before and don't know how guest posting would work, but would be willing to try this for owners/mods and frequent posters in this G+MM Community.
Blogger could in this way function (clumsily) as a tiny Community with limited participation, but with universal public viewing and feedback via the contact form.
