    Twitter doesn't have Communities, and though there are lists, those aren't shared.

    #googleplus and #gplusrefugees hashtags are recommended.

    Twitter Lists can be made public. And other people can follow public lists.
    eg twitter.com - @jbond/Motorcycle Racing on Twitter

    1) What the difference between members vs subscribers ?
    2) By the way, lead by You why not we ask Twitter for a List of Public Lists and convert them like G+ communities ?
    Note: Bloggers have direct share facility (from blog post) to Twitter, you may know

    Ifinder Ifindi Members is the list of twitter IDs that are part of the list.
    Subscribers are the people who follow the list.
