Hubs keeps teasing me about this, but we've been through a lot, haven't we?

G+ is sort of where I found my voice. Where I actually felt comfortable saying what I meant to say in public. In a way, it was part of my journey to who I am today. For that I'll always be grateful, for the encouragement I've received, for the friends I've made. For the love I was shown.

Despite working at Google, hubs insists (and a couple of his friends agree) that I had the most followers of a none celebrity he's ever seen. I laughed in his face because he really should see some people I've gotten to know here...

But it's coming to an end… work and life is taking over, the long nights of deep conversations and mindless small talks are coming to a close along with it.

Thank you for indulging in my whimsy when you signed up for a postcard of my #theexessivepostcardproject, thank you for enduring the same ol' photo for almost a year in my #anniegoestowork series.

Signing off with Mikka, our new family member enjoying a spot of sun.

  1. I still have one of Annie's postcards.

  2. This place let me speak in my own voice too.
IRL I constantly have to watch that I don't use to many syllables or mention something that the locals find offensive; like anything liberal.

  3. Pretty kitten. MeWe has a lot of Google Plus inspired functionality and there's a surprising number of G+ ex-pats there...
