Make yourself easy to find
Build a YASN-Roll. A list of links to your profiles on all the other "Yet Another Social Network" platforms where you have an account.
1) Add to and update the Sites.otherProfiles section of https://aboutme.google.com
It's not clear yet if Google Profiles and AboutMe will survive the G+Sunset but it's possible. In the mean time, it's a key way of finding people's profiles on other systems.
2) If you have a key blog or a personal website with it's own domain, set up an about page or sidebar containing a list of all your profiles on other sites. If you have control over the HTML put in the microformats like this.
$profilePlatformName There are systems out there (maybe) that can recognise circular rel="me" references and use them to validate identity.
3) Put links to your YASN-Roll as the first entry in the About Profile section on each platform. Add it to email signatures, business cards and such like.
