Google Plus will be shutting it's consumer side within the next 10 Months.
Because of this we created a MeWe presence.
We will continue to administrate and moderate this community on G+ for as long as possible and we do invite anyone here who wishes to join us in Tech and Coffee on MeWe to head on over.

Edward Morbius It clearly states that it is run by a single entity. It's not distributed and therefore prone to the same problem as G+: If the owner ceases liking it, it will be shut down.
