I use a G+ Community to share photos and videos with family members. Most of the times the photos were just links to Google Photos from our family accounts. What would be the best place to migrate to so we can export/import the history of our community?

  1. Alex Feldman These were private, limited-scope shares?

The big options seem to be Flickr/Smugmug, possibly Google Photos itself, and possibly one of the federated or self-hosted options such as PixelFed, or possibly NextCloud. I'm not particularly versed on image-sharing myself, so I don't know what specifically to say about strengths, weaknesses, and features.

  2. Yes, all private. There are a bunch of alternative sites that I found, but it doesn't seem like any of them support importing history from G+ community

To the best of my knowledge there is nothing anywhere that can import a full history of a G+ community - provided G+ could even provide a way to export one...
