I'm an artist who regularly post my artworks to Pixiv (Japanese equivalent of DeviantArt) so when Pixiv decided to host its own Mastodon instance called Pawoo and integrates it with Pixiv accounts, I naturally get to use it too. Pawoo seems to be the most popular Mastodon instance with 420k users (beating mastodon.social itself) but is not for everyone for reasons stated in this article (though you can safely use the app with your preferred instance).
