To add to Andrew Hatchett 's suggestion: while Google's official Google Data Takeout (https://takeout.google.com) tool currently only exports metadata for Communities, Google has promised more complete Community exports to be available for Community owners from early March onwards, till Google+'s shutdown.

ReplyDeleteI've had great success using Google+ Exporter to export to Blogger format and then importing in to a new Blogger blog.
There's a new Google+ Exporter bugfix release 1.7.7
Post comments export works again.
