    Yes, it'll replace Hangouts, which is already cross-domain.

    In fact, existing Hangouts conversations within a domain are already visible in Chat, and vice-versa.

    So, the more I see the evidence, the more I think we're not in any immediate danger of losing the ability to use GSuite+ for cross-domain Following. We will be limited in our Communities to the ones we already have.
