Google+ wouldn't let me follow anyone this morning.

    Are you sure there isn't just a delay? When I go to Follow someone, it doesn't show that I did for many hours in some cases.

    Eli Fennell you may be right. I tried to follow Ann Pollak back this morning and it kept denying me.

    Check under People, Following. I found it sometimes showed right in there.

    Was able to add people to circles yesterday, but now I can only follow. Experiences may vary between app/browser versions

    It also seems that the hover-over card on the website when you use it with a mouse accurately updates from Follow to Following as soon as you click it. Not sure why the Profile Pages show a delay.
