Been successfully hunting out GSuite+ users this evening, by searching various terms, selecting Posts and Most Recent, and looking for people who are clearly active individuals and not organizational communities or advertising bots.

The good thing is there are a metric ton of highly active GSuite Public Communities used solely by Organizations, so Google probably will keep the grandfathered ones going for a while.

  1. I was quite relieved to see how many Orgs were using Public Communities actively, like many users still using them post-consumer shutdown. Probably made by accident using the wrong settings or something. Whatever they're there and Google probably won't rush to eliminate them.

  2. Eli Fennell try this query if you want to go hunting down those who've survived the rapture:

  4. Rupert That search shows up a whole load of people who didn't get the memo, busily marketing their businesses 😁😜.

It'll be interesting to see how many followers they have when the purge is complete 😉😇

  5. Yeah, that Search is actually too generic. I'm having more success with more specific query terms.

  6. I was a very small organization, and I wound up my office 4 years ago, but kept G Apps. Now I’m an “organization” of one. It’s only by chance I posted on my owner profile, and not my brand account. It’s a happy surprise to find my account intact. An even happier surprise to find a busy, social community of folks like you lot keeping us in the know and providing guidance for the way forward.

+Eli Fennell i don’t know where you find the time. But thanks.

+Julie Wills we’re lost without your insights. Many thanks.
