Where ever you migrate to, if it is free speech and without censors and one of the users commits an atrocity, service providers that support your platform may pull there services and leave the site down like GAB.

Upchain complaints. If the upstream threatens to turn off the bandwidth to the host company because it violated it's TOS, that's what happens (hosts have to albeit by their datacenter and bandwidth providers TOSes/EULAs). Complainants don't even need to petition the host. That's how they could even get GoDaddy to shutdown the Daily Stormer.
ReplyDeleteNothing changes with the other platforms, either. No bandwidth, they have just a domain name. So all that "free speech" talk is just that if they don't want to be sent to the Dark Web dungeon along with the criminals. This was w-e-l-l known in web hosting for decades, too.
Criminality on the open web just won't be tolerated. It's b-a-d for business.
