Turns out it's possible to create an RSS feed of your public posts. Since Hubzilla can follow RSS feeds, this should make it possible to follow public G+ content from Hubzilla.

Interesting. Not much good for those of us who've mainly posted privately or to communities on the Plus, but otherwise possibly useful in the transitional period.
