I thought that hangouts was also being deprecated. Just at a later date.
ReplyDeleteMost of classic Hangouts will carry on for the time being - I suspect there were very few people using these. Classic Hangouts video calls will transition to Hangouts Meet eventually, but there isn't any timeline for this yet.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I haven't used Hangouts in forever. But I have fond memories of the early days when all sorts of creatives were using them to create online concerts and such.
