The #PlexodusWiki got hit by spammers over the past day

I'm unwinding some abuse and learning tools to deal with same and head off further instances.

If there are any #MediaWiki gurus here with suggestions or tips, I'm all ears.

just enabled mediawiki.org - Extension:Antispam - MediaWiki on the site. Hope that helps.
