Google will shut down G+ next April , ie 4 months earlier. More importantly, access to the API will be ended as soon as 90 days from now.

Reason cited : another data leak... More like another excuse if you ask me. I don't believe it.

  1. If you were planning to use the G+ API to improve your Takeout files, you need to move fast. 90 days and counting.

  2. Am not good with these techy stuff, what is API access?

  3. Phạm Chung Hiếu It is a programming mechanism for use in developing apps.

  6. ''An excuse'' Exactly. Good to know I'm not the unique. The majority seems so naughty to just go and already believe in it. 52 million users, and no one also ''got it earlier'' because ''Google+ is indeed poorly visited.'' 52 million idle users who probably were not in any community-active or they have just an AFK profile, lol.

Another stupid thing: ''90% sessions do not last less than 5-10 seconds.'''

Anyone who knows and cares 'bout Google+ IN FACT knows that 5 is exactly the LOGIN, and that 10 seconds is the time these bots take to generate other automatic spam accounts. Other thing they think they just... can't solve it. Everything already configured to post a certain post of an certain subject on a certain community, and so on.

    Naives or just dumbasses indeed.

  7. Red I hate to say it, but you're right. The spam- and porn-bots have bee here almost from the start, and lacking any effective mechanism for reporting them and getting their accounts taken down, their numbers just kept increasing. "Delete, report and block" is well and good for making them seem to disappear from our own streams, but as far as I can tell, "report" had pretty much no effect.

A lot of actual human beings tried G+ - often on the recommendation of those of us who'd come to love it - but walked away when they found themselves swamped by bots. If Google had been proactive about actually following up on the "report" part, they surely had the tools to disappear these accounts at the touch of a button, and probably to block their IP addresses to make sure they didn't just sign up again with new accounts. That they failed to do this suggests to me that they didn't care.

  8. If I read some of the comments written in urban language I suggest to shut down the network earlier than April. It's hard to bear people with a mental disorder and without any education.

  9. I think it's a challenge to explore an other network and build up a new environment for social interaction. And btw, it cannot be excluded that the new chosen network is better than the old one. it's always up to the people enganging there. I found MeWe as a good alternative. It basically works exactly like Google+. The worst thing in my opinion is that it's not possible to create collections. Currently you have to put everything you like to post in just one stream. This is a case for feedback.

  10. Pat Kight Yeah. They say Google+ is the ''ghost town'' because they consider us ghosts, on the inside. For them, we are like an emptiness, a nothingness, mentally. I bet on it. Proof of this is: they lie in the middle of our own faces, say they will takeout a social network that stores memories with really strong, emotional, personal flashbacks like if it's nothing, they say data but they ain't even saying all things on the data, still seems suspect, 'cause they can add the most useless thing on, and leave aside what you might actually, really need, such as communities, collections, comments, other sites that are also depending on Google+, ETC. Another social network that does have a great future ahead, but is unfairly judged on by the part of this lazy, villainous or self-interested moderation. They're too LAZY to fix BASIC mistakes, bugs, bots, wrong accounts, even a mix of all that, etc, etc, etc... they can also do it on purpose, in a purposefully manner because they're evil, or, also, by definitely closing this, they're just around after money. Moneymaggots, moneyworms. They do not have to do anything else, just make sure that their names are on the list, that the money goes to the bank automatically, and then it's just the guy go on the bank later and withdraw. So easy, don'tcha...

It gets on my nerves. Even if the person is seeing that they can't take it, can't handle the pressure, they pretend they do not have enough money to hire someone who may even in fact be much more competent, and, finally, DO IT. In fact, be treated as trash, nothing, just another dust that te wind will takes, YES it makes me nervous....

It's just impossible too see all the mayhem happening and try do nothing about it. Closing or not, people will remember you as a fighter, warrior, if we lose this fight somehow, then at least will be a honorable defeat. Worse than even losing, is losing like a coward.

It also makes me nervous to see other people mocking, they have not even tried it out here any day, really enter here and taste each thing to conclude an guaranteed opinion; they just believe in all that these famous sites speak just for being, as I said, ''famous'' ... in reality we know very well who it is ''the burro''. Hahaha, despicable creatures.

Facebook may have more users, but certainly the age group of Facebook is more infantile than Google+ is. About that, why does not anyone talks on about?

Things like this, they refuse to say.... still the truth.

When I say that Facebook is gore, I do not lie about what I say. I opened my feed, and only saw dead people, scenes of trampling, blood of the person, scene of the crime closed, people dying with assault, people being attacked by animals. Facebook always pushed photo of gores images in my feed on all sorts of possible accidents, even though I have already censored and previously complained with this filter a thousand times. Why not Facebook.

Also annoying, nasty feeds, like when I'm on eating something, and it sudden appears ''sexual remedy for old, remedy for wart, rugged skin'' and even worse. It's disgusting. They will put feed of any shit no matter the shit you will be doing, Facebook is suffering from hacker attacks, hack invasions, accounts hacked more than any other social network because they PROVOKE for it.

And I do not doubt that hackers can even fail the own Facebook itself, if there have been cases of hackers who have already invaded until NASA, which is just there up in the space. Literally off this planet.

  11. Facebook is also full of fakes, you can not be even sure who you're talking to. Here on Google+, the chance to find out if someone is ''fake'' is way more bigger and more valid, taking into account is coming from a more mature audience. That's why I even like ''small, littles'' social medias, cause the probability of all this ocean of disgrace can really be less drastically. You feel like more safe, proud, ain't people challenging you. Dealing with a kind of a different idiot each day.

There are also cases of countries where Facebook in which everyone should have the same political position, religion or would have their accounts suspended. Even banned forever. Already, in Google+, I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH THING.

I have reported thousands of times, and I have already asked my friends to report as well too. Result? The bot's account still continued in the air with those absurd ones of post still public, like, ya know, being able to be accessed by a child, for example, and so on.... It's pathetic, sad, they just let all this happens like... WHAT. They can even see the report, but pretend the opposite.

All this is super tiring, and all this blah blah blah they care about the users, is speech decorated: sounds more mechanical and generic than ever each more they're just... speaking, using it. Lacking emotions.

If they cared, in fact, the G + would not have these absurdities, plagues as said before. And they would not simply close forever rather than temporarily close it until it fixes, throwing a lot of tattered excuses that can be easily refuted by any person who really cares.

  13. Thomas Unterstenhoefer You also point out strong points, it's worth discussing.

  14. Pat Kight I totally agree with you. Though I do feel sad about the end of Google but at the same time I am upset with things they do wrong.
A few of my friends have their accounts deleted for no reason and they do not post porn
I have many of my posts marked as spam but of course I never post naked not even at private community
Yes the scammers proliferate faster than you can blink
I do not need to write what they do because everyone knows of their tricks and tactics

  15. Urban language is a most honest language. People are totally pissed off by all those bullshit done by Sundar, Zuck and the other like them. People have enough all those lies, all those pr-sweet-words and sentences. People have totally enough from being treated like a commodity in their fancy stores.
People (users) want something what is painfully simple.. a truth and a bit of adult honesty.
They deserved that after all those years, after all this looong time where those both have been making tooooons of their money on us all.
We all here deserve respect, not some pitty pr-lies.
And that's why some of us say: "what a fuck is going on here?!". Simple, clear words. Invented in order to use them at the right time. And the time for such words is right about now!

  16. They still saying that they will "help users to migrate their data" but do not say where. Keep saying... They continue to say ''data'', without specifying what is actually included in this ''package'', WHICH ARE OF PROPRIETY OF OUR OWN SELVES BUT NO... OTHER PEOPLE SELECT, it is no use be saying that the social network is from theirs and they can do what they want, looking by a other side what would a fucking social network be without the proper spectators, users? A social media is nothing without the users, and that's a fact. What they would do, fill with bots? Like, actually bots ain't just VERY HARD to discover... O''mg, look at that owner, who fills his social media with pure bots.'' So, that's it, USERS MAKE THE WAY A SOCIAL MEDIA IS RECOGNIZED. Going so ignorant like that is to be asking to be judged of mentally ill.

People who can not tell what a social network actually has to offer, and what is, on the other hand, a "moderation" that has nothing to offer... what we can say about it? Speak what about Facebook? There are pages there apologizing to the heinous crimes that is already existing on this law, Zuckerberg still ain't punishing them. There terrorism rolls a loose, terrorists conversations' on chat, talking about their 'next plans.' It's a social network that is not at a level so different from Deep Web.

These days the Facebook building was emptied because of a supposed bomb attack, it looks similar to what another user was saying if Google+ were excluded, they would be threatening to blow up the ''due owners of this'' by outside.

It's also funny, because WhatsApp access data is also converted to Facebook in total, just because Zuckerberg also bought WhatsApp. That's what I say, currently more and more people are dumping Facebook, and it seems like it's still pumping like before, because Whatsapp access data is also converted on there. We all know Whatsapp is actually the shit, not fucknut of Facebook. And also, Whatsapp isn't even a social network, it is a means of communication itself. And everyone communicates.

Whatsapp does a lot of good jobs' indeed, but Facebook is a social network that has changed a lot. From promoting gores to even wanting all its users to have the same political position and religion. There is no freedom of expression on Facebook.

These people who have not yet grown up sufficiently have no reason to worry about it, do they? C'mon...

    ReplyDelete
  17. Facebook also became the most accessed social network in the world, because in a period Zuckerberg was simply buying everything, but since when is this an ONLY Facebook conquest? On several sites of various subjects at different times, who not? Who can't just grow like that? Google+ has INDEPENDENTLY reached more than 100 million users. People who say that Google+ is down and that there are no more people wanting to interact, they do not turn on notifications, and they do not know how to choose the right COMMUNITIES.

People are simply bluffing ''aah Google+ will be closed'' without even moving a hair to try to change it, or see what's included in their date, or see what will be the proper place of ''migration.'' That's because they barely have some sort of process here (indeed), a fake and generic user who just wants to have their 15 minutes of fame, because of course, advertising within a social network that she herself will close is a ''head on fire spinning ' in 360 degrees.

Usually there at Dank Memes, before this community had really humor, but now? People put on serious cases, LAUGHING ABOUT IT, playing with the death of their next, or laughing at the misery of others; this misery, disgrace to others was not simply someone falling like from a bike or a prank, people laughing at others being run over, trampled by cars, the other laughing of a man SUFFERING A LIGHTNING STRIKE, a old-woman losing his house by a flood, tsunami, and so on.

People there give the impression that they are not even capable of REASONING about something; Kobe Barnes himself, one of the moderators, left there, because of so toxic and inhuman shit was.

DANK MEMES here is a disease, and can infect, until then, normal peoples too...

Half of these posts have already been excluded by Kobe himself I guess, or, I we do not even know, right, even so far no one has ever manifested himself as if this did not go beyond all bounds. For example, old or not, so far they have acted as if this is really something to play with.

I do not know if it is still the same, but even so, that community's intention is not SERIOUS, and this Google+ closure case is, in almost every way, SERIOUS.
