The document may not be real 😁, but the contents are pretty much spot on. Only one problem they keep failing to realise at Google: They want more paying customers? Great way to achieve that - p*ss off a good part of, what, 100 million users or so, in one fell swoop, and give them even less of a reason to buy one of their products - after all, they can and will, as they have showed time and time again, pull the plug of perfectly working products without a good reason at the drop of a hat, and even sometimes blatantly lie into the face of their users about the reasons (three guesses what I'm talking about...).
