And where do those who have more than two accounts go?

Comments

  1. If the accounts are unrelated and you wish to keep them independent of each other, then I would suggest using two different platforms to migrate to.

If they are linked, I would assume you can either join them in some new place if you wished. For example, if you wanted to use blogger, you could import both downloads of your accounts as uploads, thus mashing them together on a new platform (which could later also be exported as required.)

The question is a bit vague, as previous commenters have noted, so if you have something more specific please clarify.

  22. (Though on second thought that might require adding a password to the brand account; not sure that's still a possibility, as that was something I did years ago when it was still just called a G+ Page account.)

Looks like it's indeed no longer possible.
Years ago I used Peggy K 's excellent instructions at https://www.peggyktc.com/2014/03/set-password-for-your-google-page-and.html but adding a password no longer seems to be possible.

While you can still find the pages.plusgoogle.com email address associated with the brand account through https://myaccount.google.com/b/$yourBrandAccountId/email and send an invitation through that, it won't do you any good though, as to accept the invite, you have to be actually signed into the account, and Blogger doesn't allow switching to a brand account (afaik), and since you can't set a password anymore for the brand account, you can't sign in to the brand account to accept the invite. It's a shame the invite link doesn't include or is associated with the (brand) account id you sent the invite to.
