The perfect place to migrate from Google+, in my opinion!

  1. So, this is another crypto-currency-paid-for-posts media space, more like blogger and far from G+?

  2. What do you mean by "far from" G+?

It's not necessary to use the tokens to post, read, comment if you don't like crypto.

"Paying" isn't really a complete term, since you are given what you pay with. It's more like a trade, using the common metric of social engagements.

  3. OK, let's try from another side - what's so "perfect place to migrate", because i can't understand what's so great in this from linked post.
Looks like medium/wordpress with crypto added and very limited users around, not so suitable for large groups at G+?

Well, my opinion is formed by having been here (and many other places) from the start, watching them grow, and understanding why they did or didn't succeed. The number of users in a brand new place doesn't concern me. If large groups enter, then large groups will be there. :)

A Space there is topic based, community moderated, and has controls over who/how can join, etc. It's very similar to a G+ community.

The differences are more important, IMO. It's on the way to being fully decentralized, so the content will be controlled/owned by users, and users will gain the economic value from the Spaces they contribute to, and the whole network.

  5. Malthus John I have been watching the developement of Hyperspace (formerly Synereo) for a couple of years now. They have put a lot of thought into a lot of important concepts. It looks promising but it is only Alpha at this point. I already have an account there.

You have been a long time patient supporter!

One thing that's good about the Alpha (and Beta too) is that even though some features are still weeks out, there are special incentives for being involved in the early testing. Getting your Space name reserved is a popular motivation, for example. Everything will roll-over into the Beta, including the Reputation you've built up in the Spaces (each one unique) you belong to.

  7. Diana Studer your question is out of context, completely.
It is more like blogger, just getting crypto for posts, instead of G+ with their collections, circles, communities, etc.
