  1. Will GSuite continue to offer Google Communities (ie: for internal use only) after GPlus goes away?

If so, then what about going with G Suite? Dues would be $5/month gsuite.google.com - Pricing Plans | G Suite to Google, plus whatever surcharge you'd like to include for yourself.

That was considered but the keeping up monthly with who had paid or not paid would be a nightmare if the community grew to any size...unless it was offered only on a yearly basis.

  4. Andrew Hatchett That coudl be a similar problem with paid slack; it's some amount per user per month if you go paid. You can use the unpaid, if you don't care about long term archival of the posts.

  5. Andrew Hatchett , good point.

Goggle might be missing out on something by not allowing "self service" G Suite membership within a domain.

  6. Several years ago, I worked (briefly) for Member Find Me as a training developer. It appears that they are now Membership Works
    - membershipworks.com - Pricing . They offer a plugin for handling memberships (HTML or WordPress). It appears that they are still free for 50 or fewer users. Might be worth checking out.
